Terms of Service

Overview

This website and online store are operated by Runjia International Trading Limited under the BIBUFF brand. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “BIBUFF,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Runjia International Trading Limited.

We operate bibuffsports.com, including its related content, features, tools, products, customer-support services, and other online services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services and sell products to you.

These Terms of Service, together with all policies incorporated by reference, govern your access to and use of the Services and your purchase of products from BIBUFF.

The following policies form part of these Terms:

By visiting, browsing, using, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced above.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services or place an order through our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to place an order through our website.

You may browse certain parts of the Services without creating an account. Some features may require you to create or access a customer account.

When using the Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account or device.
  • Reviewing the accuracy of information submitted with your order.
  • Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not sell, transfer, license, or assign your customer account to another person without our prior written authorization.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

Section 2 — Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, prices, availability, and other information displayed through the Services are accurate.

Minor differences may occur because of:

  • Screen settings, lighting, photography, or image rendering.
  • Manufacturing tolerances or production-batch differences.
  • Product improvements or component updates.
  • Differences in how measurements are taken.

Product improvements or component substitutions will not intentionally materially reduce the principal performance or functionality advertised at the time of purchase.

Performance figures such as speed, range, charging time, power, and riding distance are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual performance may vary depending on factors including:

  • Rider weight and riding style.
  • Terrain, incline, and road conditions.
  • Speed and selected power mode.
  • Temperature, weather, and wind.
  • Tire pressure and vehicle maintenance.
  • Battery condition, charge level, and age.
  • Use of accessories or additional cargo.

We may improve, update, modify, or discontinue products and accessories from time to time. Changes affecting an order already accepted will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the order confirmation.

Section 3 — Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

We may limit the quantity of products available to an individual customer, household, address, region, or order where reasonably necessary to manage inventory, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect our distribution channels.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

  • Contact you with an updated shipping estimate.
  • Offer a comparable available option with your approval.
  • Cancel the unavailable portion of the order and issue a refund.

Section 4 — Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Services constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order, but it does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

An order is accepted when we confirm payment and begin fulfillment or send shipping confirmation, subject to applicable law.

We may decline, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • The payment cannot be authorized or verified.
  • The billing or shipping information appears inaccurate.
  • Fraud, unauthorized payment, or suspicious activity is suspected.
  • A material pricing or product-information error has occurred.
  • The delivery address is outside our eligible shipping area.
  • The order appears intended for unauthorized resale or export.
  • Accepting the order would violate applicable law or carrier requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Unless separately authorized by BIBUFF in writing, purchases made through our consumer checkout are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Approved distributors, dealers, affiliates, commercial buyers, and other business partners may be subject to separate written agreements.

Section 5 — Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Cancellation or address-change requests should be submitted within 90 minutes after the order is placed by contacting: service@bibuffsports.com .

We will make reasonable efforts to process the request, but a change or cancellation is not guaranteed once the order:

  • Has entered warehouse processing.
  • Has been assigned a shipping label.
  • Has been collected by or transferred to the carrier.

Orders that have already shipped are generally handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Actual carrier interception, rerouting, return-to-sender, or reshipping costs caused by a late cancellation or address-change request may be charged or deducted from an applicable refund as disclosed in our policies.

Section 6 — Prices, Discounts, Taxes, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on bibuffsports.com are shown in U.S. dollars.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, gifts, and coupon codes may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed and accepted at checkout when the order is placed.

Standard shipping to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States is included unless a different shipping charge is clearly disclosed before checkout.

Applicable sales tax, optional expedited shipping, special handling, or other applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

Prices offered by Amazon, Walmart, dealers, distributors, affiliate partners, or other third-party sellers may differ from the prices available through bibuffsports.com.

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, including:

  • Start and end dates.
  • Product or customer eligibility.
  • Minimum purchase requirements.
  • Limits on combining discounts.
  • Limits on quantities or redemptions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.

You represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The billing and payment information supplied is accurate.
  • You authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charge.

Payments may be processed by Shopify, PayPal, card networks, banks, and other authorized payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to the payment transaction.

Section 7 — Pricing and Information Errors

Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, technical errors, inaccurate prices, incorrect inventory information, incomplete descriptions, or other unintended mistakes.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to:

  • Confirm whether you wish to proceed using the corrected information.
  • Offer a reasonable alternative.
  • Cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

We will not knowingly use an error to charge you more than the amount you authorized without obtaining your consent.

Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, separate-package arrangements, signature requirements, address changes, missed deliveries, and damaged or lost-package procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Carrier disruptions or delays.
  • Severe weather or natural events.
  • Public holidays and peak shipping periods.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • Remote delivery locations.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

The bike, battery, charger, pedals, accessories, and complimentary gifts may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days.

Title to purchased products passes to you after full payment. Risk of physical loss or damage passes to you when the applicable shipment is delivered to the address provided with your order, subject to applicable law and our Shipping Policy.

This provision does not prevent you from submitting a valid claim relating to non-delivery, shipping damage, an incorrect shipment, or another matter covered by applicable law or our published policies.

Section 9 — Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, restocking fees, return shipping costs, original packaging requirements, lithium-battery return requirements, and product inspections are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from BIBUFF.

Our company mailing address is not a product return address. An approved return must be sent only to the warehouse address and through the shipping method provided by BIBUFF.

Products purchased from a third-party marketplace, retailer, distributor, or dealer are generally subject to the return rules of the original seller.

Section 10 — Limited Warranty and After-Sales Support

Eligible BIBUFF products purchased from authorized channels are covered by the applicable Warranty Policy.

Depending on the circumstances and warranty terms, an approved solution may include:

  • Technical guidance or troubleshooting.
  • Replacement parts.
  • Authorized repair assistance.
  • Reimbursement of an approved reasonable repair expense.
  • Product replacement or another legally required remedy.

Warranty service may require proof of purchase, an order number, product serial information, photos, videos, diagnostic information, and reasonable cooperation with troubleshooting.

The warranty does not generally cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, collisions, falls, or impact.
  • Improper assembly, use, storage, or maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Altered wiring or non-approved electrical components.
  • Overloading, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and consumable components, except where otherwise stated.

BIBUFF may voluntarily offer goodwill assistance outside the express warranty. Such assistance does not create a continuing obligation, extend the warranty, or constitute an admission of fault or legal liability.

Nothing in our Warranty Policy limits any mandatory warranty, consumer protection, or product remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 11 — Product Use and Rider Responsibility

BIBUFF products may have significant weight, speed, torque, and power. They must be assembled, inspected, operated, charged, maintained, and stored carefully.

Before riding, the rider should review the product instructions and inspect important components, including:

  • Brakes and brake-fluid lines.
  • Handlebars, steering components, and fasteners.
  • Wheels, axles, tires, and tire pressure.
  • Battery installation and electrical connectors.
  • Throttle, pedals, chain, and drivetrain.
  • Lights, controls, and safety equipment.

Do not ride a product that appears damaged, improperly assembled, unstable, or unsafe.

The rider is responsible for:

  • Wearing an appropriate helmet and protective equipment.
  • Operating the product within their skill and experience level.
  • Using caution when selecting higher power or speed settings.
  • Keeping hands, clothing, and personal items away from moving parts.
  • Not operating the product while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
  • Following applicable traffic, vehicle, registration, licensing, and insurance laws.
  • Respecting local restrictions concerning roads, trails, and public spaces.

Laws governing high-powered electric bicycles and off-road electric vehicles vary by jurisdiction. BIBUFF does not represent that every product configuration can lawfully be used on every public road, bicycle lane, trail, or other location.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the rules applicable in the location where they intend to operate the product.

Unlocking speed settings, modifying wiring, changing controllers, installing non-approved components, or altering the original configuration may affect safety, legal classification, performance, and warranty coverage.

These rider responsibilities do not exclude BIBUFF’s obligations concerning confirmed manufacturing defects or any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Section 12 — Battery and Charging Safety

BIBUFF batteries contain lithium-ion cells and must be used only with compatible products, chargers, and components approved for the applicable model.

You must not:

  • Open, puncture, crush, disassemble, or modify a battery.
  • Use a visibly damaged, swollen, leaking, cracked, or unusually hot battery.
  • Charge a battery with a damaged charger or incompatible charging equipment.
  • Charge near flammable materials or in an unsafe or unventilated location.
  • Expose the battery to fire, extreme heat, deep water immersion, or severe impact.
  • Ship a damaged or defective lithium battery without BIBUFF’s written instructions.

Stop using and charging the battery and contact BIBUFF if you observe swelling, cracking, leakage, smoke, unusual heat, unusual odor, or other signs of damage.

Section 13 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

The Services may provide access to payment services, tracking tools, review platforms, chat services, social media features, financing tools, or other services operated by third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and privacy practices.

We do not control every aspect of third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, availability, decisions, or content, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please review the applicable third-party terms before using an optional service.

Section 14 — Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, carrier tracking pages, social media platforms, payment providers, videos, or other external resources.

A link does not necessarily mean that BIBUFF endorses or controls the third-party website or all information it contains.

When leaving our website, you should review the third party’s terms, privacy policy, and security practices.

Section 15 — Relationship with Shopify

BIBUFF is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online storefront, checkout, customer-account, payment, security, and other e-commerce features.

Purchases made through our Store are transactions directly between you and BIBUFF, not between you and Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or warrantor of BIBUFF products and is not responsible for fulfilling BIBUFF orders or providing BIBUFF warranty service.

Your use of certain Shopify-operated services, including Shop Pay or the Shop application, may also be subject to separate Shopify terms and privacy policies.

Section 16 — Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Shopify and other service providers may separately process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

You can review Shopify’s consumer privacy information at: Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy .

Section 17 — Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

You may choose to submit product reviews, photos, videos, suggestions, ideas, comments, technical feedback, or other content collectively referred to as “User Content.”

By submitting User Content, you represent that:

  • You created it or have the necessary permission to submit it.
  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • It does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
  • It does not contain malicious code, unlawful content, or intentionally misleading information.
  • You have disclosed any material compensation or incentive connected to the submission.

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

By submitting a product review or other content intended for publication, you grant BIBUFF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

We may make reasonable formatting edits, such as correcting spacing, resizing an image, translating text, or shortening a review, provided we do not intentionally misrepresent the substance of your feedback.

Where User Content clearly identifies you through your name, image, voice, likeness, or social media profile, we may request additional permission before using it in paid advertising or prominent promotional campaigns.

We may remove or decline to publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, obscene, unrelated to the product, contains personal information, violates third-party rights, or otherwise violates these Terms.

We are not required to compensate you for unsolicited suggestions, product concepts, or general feedback unless separately agreed in writing.

Section 18 — Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including the BIBUFF name, logos, product names, slogans, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, page layouts, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to BIBUFF and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services only for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes, except where BIBUFF has provided written authorization for another use.

You may not, without prior written authorization:

  • Copy or republish substantial portions of the Services.
  • Use BIBUFF trademarks in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit website content.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
  • Create a false impression of affiliation with or endorsement by BIBUFF.

Shopify and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Section 19 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose.
  • To violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • To submit unauthorized or fraudulent payment information.
  • To harass, threaten, abuse, or defame another person.
  • To upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • To interfere with website security, checkout, or technical systems.
  • To scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect information without authorization.
  • To send spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized advertising.
  • To circumvent account, geographic, purchasing, or promotional restrictions.
  • To make fraudulent warranty, refund, delivery, or chargeback claims.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably determine that these prohibitions have been violated.

Section 20 — Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to address:

  • Fraud or suspected unauthorized activity.
  • Material violations of these Terms.
  • Security risks or harmful conduct.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

Termination of website or account access does not cancel obligations already arising from an accepted order, approved refund, valid warranty claim, or other right that survives termination.

Section 21 — Disclaimer of Website Warranties

Products purchased from BIBUFF remain subject to our Warranty Policy, the express commitments made in the applicable order, and any mandatory legal rights.

Except for those product warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and its digital features are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or available on every device or network.

We may temporarily suspend or limit online functionality for maintenance, security, technical updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Section 22 — Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
  • Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
  • Mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BIBUFF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data, where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIBUFF’s aggregate liability arising from a particular product purchase will not exceed the amount paid to BIBUFF for the product giving rise to the claim.

The preceding limit does not apply where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law or to the liabilities expressly excluded from limitation above.

BIBUFF is not responsible for loss caused solely by:

  • Unauthorized product modification.
  • Use contrary to safety instructions or applicable law.
  • Improper assembly, maintenance, charging, storage, or repair.
  • False, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
  • Independent third-party conduct outside BIBUFF’s reasonable control.

This section does not remove BIBUFF’s responsibility for a confirmed product defect or another obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 23 — Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify BIBUFF against reasonable third-party claims, losses, and costs directly resulting from:

  • Your intentional or fraudulent misuse of the Services.
  • Your material violation of these Terms.
  • User Content that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights.
  • Your intentional violation of applicable law.

This indemnification obligation does not apply to claims caused by BIBUFF’s negligence, breach of contract, product defect, or other conduct for which BIBUFF is legally responsible.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnified third-party claim and allow reasonable cooperation in its defense.

Section 24 — Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

BIBUFF will not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather.
  • Fire, flood, epidemic, or public emergency.
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action.
  • Carrier, port, customs, or transportation disruption.
  • Labor disputes or widespread supply-chain interruption.
  • Power, internet, payment-network, or telecommunications failure.

This section does not affect your right to a refund where we cancel an accepted order and do not provide the purchased product.

Section 25 — Electronic Communications

By using the Services or providing an email address or telephone number, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to:

  • Your order and payment.
  • Shipping and delivery.
  • Customer support and warranty service.
  • Product safety or important service notices.
  • Account and policy updates.

Promotional messages are governed by your marketing preferences and applicable law.

Electronic records, order confirmations, and notices satisfy any requirement that a communication be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

Section 26 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Section 27 — Waiver

A failure or delay by BIBUFF in exercising a right or enforcing a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right or provision.

A waiver is effective only when clearly provided in writing by an authorized representative.

Section 28 — Entire Agreement and Policy Priority

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and BIBUFF concerning use of the Services and purchases made through bibuffsports.com.

If provisions conflict, the more specific policy ordinarily controls the subject it addresses:

  • The Return and Refund Policy controls returns, cancellations, and refunds.
  • The Shipping Policy controls processing, shipping, and delivery.
  • The Warranty Policy controls warranty coverage and remedies.
  • The Privacy Policy controls personal-information practices.

A separately agreed written commercial, affiliate, dealer, or distributor agreement may override these Terms for the subject matter covered by that agreement.

Section 29 — Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

BIBUFF may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, transfer of business operations, or sale of assets, provided that the assignment does not unlawfully reduce your existing consumer rights.

Section 30 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or a purchase from BIBUFF are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in another court where that right cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

Section 31 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, products, operations, technology, or legal requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Changes will generally apply prospectively. The Terms applicable to an order are ordinarily those in effect when the order was placed, unless a later change is required by law or provides more favorable rights to the customer.
