Return & Refund Policy
We want every Bibuff customer to feel confident before and after purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, and shipping-related issues are handled for orders placed directly on our official website.
🌍 Scope of Application
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly from bibuffsports.com. Purchases made from Amazon, eBay, offline dealers, third-party websites, or other sellers are subject to the return policy of the original seller.
🚫 Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order ships. Our team will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still available.
Before Shipment
Email us at service@bibuffsports.com. If cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
Processing Fee
A 4.5% transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is charged by the financial service provider, not retained by Bibuff Sports®.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. Please contact our support team before refusing the package or starting a return.
After-Shipment Cancellation / Refused Package
- Customers may refuse the package upon delivery only after contacting our support team.
- A 4.5% transaction processing fee still applies.
- Return shipping costs may apply. For standard adult e-bikes, the return shipping fee is typically $200.
- The 4.5% transaction processing fee may be waived if you choose a product exchange instead of a refund.
📦 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the condition and timeframe requirements below. Items must include original packaging and all included parts unless otherwise approved by our support team.
🎄 Holiday Return Extension
Purchases made between November 21 and December 24 may be returned until January 6 of the following year, as long as the item meets the return condition requirements.

📝 How to Start a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Contact Us First
Email service@bibuffsports.com with your order number and reason for return.
Send Photos or Videos
Photos or videos of the product condition, packaging, or issue are required for review.
Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and confirm whether your return is approved.
Ship It Back
If approved, we will provide return instructions or a return shipping label.
Important Return Notice
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. If you arrange your own shipping, you are responsible for safe delivery. Bibuff Sports® is not responsible for lost packages, damaged return shipments, or customer-arranged shipping costs.
📦 Packaging Requirements
To avoid additional deductions or return refusal, please make sure the returned item includes all required materials.
- Original shipping box and packaging materials.
- All original items, including battery, charger, keys, tool set, manual, and included accessories.
- The bike must be clean and securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
- For new and unused returns, the bike must be free of wear, dirt, scratches, and riding marks.
🔧 Accessories Return Fees
For non-bike items returned within 14 days in new and unused condition, the following return fees may apply:
$50 Return Fee
Applies to wheels, motors, batteries, trailers, and similar large or high-value accessories.
$15 Return Fee
Applies to other eligible small accessories returned in new and unused condition.
Condition Required
Accessories must be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging unless otherwise approved.
❌ Exclusions
The following situations do not qualify for free replacement, free return, or full refund:
- Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect product function.
- Normal wear and tear from use over time.
- Damage to wear items, including tires, brake pads, chains, grips, and similar parts after use.
- Damage caused by misuse, crash, accident, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, or improper maintenance.
- Missing original parts, accessories, or packaging materials unless approved by Bibuff Sports®.
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to the approved return condition.
- Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Applicable fees, including shipping, restocking, and transaction processing fees, will be deducted before the refund is issued.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- If the refund does not appear in your account after 7 days from the processing confirmation, please contact your bank or credit card company first.
