Shipping Policy
We ship Bibuff e-bikes and accessories safely and efficiently within the continental United States. This policy explains our shipping coverage, delivery timeline, signature requirements, and what to do if your order is delayed, missed, or damaged in transit.

Bibuff Sports® currently ships to the continental 48 United States. Please review the details below before placing your order.

| Processing Time | Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays begin processing on the next business day. |
| Transit Time | Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier route, weather, and holiday schedules. |

We work to process orders quickly and keep you updated once tracking becomes available.
Morning Session
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Afternoon Session
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Tracking Updates
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
📅 Holiday Notice
FedEx and other carriers may not operate on major U.S. federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Processing and delivery times may be extended during these periods.
📦 Delivery Details
Because e-bikes are high-value and large-size products, delivery may require special handling.
Split Shipments
E-bikes, batteries, and accessories may ship separately depending on warehouse logistics. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Adult Signature
An adult signature may be required at delivery for high-value items. The carrier will not leave signature-required packages unattended.
Safer Delivery
Signature delivery helps protect your order from loss, theft, or unattended delivery issues.
Please Check All Tracking Numbers
If you ordered an e-bike and accessories together, please do not worry if everything does not arrive at the same time. Separate packages may arrive on different days.
🏠 Address Changes & Missed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Address changes become more difficult once an order has been processed or shipped.

| Address Change After Shipment | Once the package is with the carrier, address changes may not be available. Please contact us before refusing delivery or requesting redirection. | If the package is returned and reshipment is requested, a $150 reshipping fee may apply for e-bikes. |
| Missed Delivery | If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. | If the package is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, a $150 reshipping fee may apply. |
| Cancel After Return to Sender | If you choose to cancel after the package is returned due to missed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, the refund may be reduced by carrier shipping costs and applicable fees. | Original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and restocking fees may be deducted where applicable. |
🔍 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If something looks wrong with your delivery, please contact us quickly so we can help review the situation.
Delivered but Missing
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 5 business days.
Damaged Box
Take photos of the packaging and product before discarding the box. Contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Delay
If you have not received your order within 20 business days, email us with your order number.
Carrier Review
We may ask for photos, delivery details, or carrier claim information to help review your case.
Damage Reporting Reminder
- Inspect the package before signing whenever possible.
- If the box is damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and product.
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is reviewed.
- Contact service@bibuffsports.com with your order number and photos or videos.
