We stand behind every Bibuff e-bike purchased directly from our official website. Our warranty policy is designed to provide clear support, reliable troubleshooting, and eligible replacement parts for customers in the United States.

🌍 Warranty Region & Eligibility

This warranty applies to e-bike purchases made directly from bibuffsports.com within the United States.

  • Bikes purchased from third-party dealers or other websites must contact their original seller for after-sales service.
  • All Bibuff bike owners may contact our Customer Support Team for lifetime troubleshooting assistance.
  • Warranty replacement parts are currently shipped only within the continental 48 U.S. states.

What This Warranty Is Designed For

Bibuff Sports® provides support for eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Coverage begins from the date of delivery and varies by component category.

Coverage for eligible frame defects such as structural cracking, weld separation, or frame deformation caused by manufacturing issues.

Electrical System

Support for eligible electrical component failures caused by manufacturing defects, including motor, controller, charger, and main harness issues.

Battery Support

Battery coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects and excludes damage caused by water ingress, impact, overcharging, or non-original chargers.

📅 Warranty Coverage Period

Bibuff Sports® provides a limited warranty with up to 24 months of coverage on eligible frame components. Other components are covered based on their specific warranty periods listed below.

Essential Parts Pedals, Tires, Saddles, Fenders, Brakes, Brake Discs, Brake Levers, Cables 3 Months Excludes punctures from sharp objects, normal wear and tear, collision damage, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Drivetrain & Wheels Crank, Chainring, Wheel Hub, Spokes, Derailleur, Freewheel, Chain, Bottom Bracket, Shock Absorber, Kickstand, Rims, Shifters 6 Months Covers eligible manufacturing defects. Excludes normal wear items, accident damage, impact damage, and improper maintenance.
Electrical System Motor, Hall Sensors, Bearings, Controller, Charger, Main Harness 12 Months Covers short circuits, burnouts, or performance failures caused by manufacturing defects. Excludes water ingress, disconnections, human error, physical breakage, or demagnetization due to impact.
Controls & Display Display, Speed Selector, Throttle, Control Switches 6 Months Covers functional failures not caused by physical damage, water damage, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
Lights & Accessories Headlights, Turn Signals, Taillights, Keys, Switches 3 Months Covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use.
Battery Battery Pack 12 Months Engineered to maintain up to 75% capacity for up to 300 charging cycles. Excludes damage from water ingress, overcharging, use of non-original chargers, or physical impact.

Note: Warranty coverage applies only to eligible defects in materials or workmanship. Wear items and damage caused by misuse, crashes, water ingress, or unauthorized modification are not covered.

❌ What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by the following situations:

  • Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, chains, grips, and other consumable parts.
  • Damage or failure resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, crashes, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage caused by stunt riding, jumping, racing, extreme impact, commercial rental use, or use beyond the bike’s intended riding conditions.
  • Damage caused by improper charging or use of any charger not supplied by Bibuff Sports®.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized electrical or mechanical modifications, incompatible third-party parts, or improper installation.
  • Components modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Lost or damaged keys, NFC cards, remote controls, or other removable accessories.
  • Theft, loss, or damage caused by improper storage or lack of security.
  • Water damage to electrical components unless specifically rated and proven to be caused by a seal failure.

🚚 Shipping Damage Claims

If your item arrives damaged due to transportation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

What We Need

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product or affected part.
  • Your order number and delivery information.
  • Shipping damage claims must be filed within 14 days of receipt.

Minor scratches on free accessories during transit are not eligible for replacement or compensation.

💳 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback dispute is opened while the customer remains in possession of the e-bike, warranty service may be paused until the payment dispute is fully resolved.
